Navy League Honor Wall
Display
Design and Fabrication
The Honor Wall, which is the principal architectural
component of the Navy League's main lobby
area, symbolizes the four U.S. sea services and includes
inspiring photography of past heroes as well as an
interactive kiosk showcasing the significance of the Wall's
design aspects.
Empire was charged with the task of
designing the Honor Wall and overseeing the project to its
completion. This monument is open to the public and can be
viewed at the Navy League's headquarters in downtown
Arlington, VA. |

Lone Sailor Awards
Short-Subject Documentary Production
Each year the United States Navy Memorial honors three
distinguished individuals who have provided great support to
our nation's military and, in particular to America's Sea
Services -- Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant
Marine. Empire Media Group is tasked with the production
of three short-subject documentary videos highlighting the
lives and accomplishments of each
awardee. |

Memorial Hall Database
Interactive Kiosk Database Design and
Fabrication
Empire Media Group designed and developed this database kiosk for
memorial hall. Visitors use the touch screen interface to
search for individuals whose names are carved on the
operational loss panels throughout the memorial. The kiosk
consists of four touch screens with integrated computers using
one as a server for the database. The screens are mounted in a
custom made cabinet with a black marble top. The cabinet was
also designed by Empire Media Group. |

This series of 30 second
public service announcement were created for the Navy-Marine
Corps Relief Society and starred the famous military Actor, R.
Lee Ermey. |

Force Protection Equipment Demonstration

Multimedia Publishing
FPED is a
bi-annual trade show for vendors around the globe to show off their
products to decision-makers from DoD, Federal departments and
agencies, and selected state and local law enforcement. Its
most important function is to provide leaders the opportunity
to view available equipment and all future equipment
possibilities.
Each year Empire Media Group collects information from FPED
vendors and compiles it into a searchable CD-ROM database.
Empire also produces an overview video of the FPED trade show
and includes it on the
CD-ROM. |

Sailor of the Year
Display
Design and Fabrication
The Sailors of the Year Exhibit is permanently located at the United States Navy Memorial in Washington DC. It celebrates the core values that set the standard of excellence for our Sailors, who dedicate themselves to performing arduous duty in peace and war. Those who best exemplify these values are selected to compete for honors at higher and higher levels until the Navy has chosen the best of the best – the Navy's four Sailors of the Year: Pacific Fleet. Atlantic Fleet. Shore. Navy Reserve. They are the finest our nation has to offer. High quality photographs, along with biographical video clips are displayed to honor the Sailors of the year and to inspire those who visit the United States Navy Memorial. |

American Trucking Associations/TMC
Training/Promotional Video Production
Empire has produced a number of training and promotional videos to support the mission of The Maintenance Counsel of the American Trucking Associations. Videos include S-Cam brake adjustment, the Supertech competition, their membership promotional video and more. |

This thirteen minute video shown at the Naval Academy's
Visitors Center demonstrates the life of midshipmen
through the Naval Academy's mission. |

Distinguished Graduate Awards
Short-Subject Documentary
Production
The U.S. Naval Academy selected a group of honorees as
Distinguished Graduates in 2000 and chose Empire Media Group to
produce short biographical videos on each one. The videos were
shown at a black tie dinner, introducing each Distinguished
Graduate as he received his award. Empire provided similar
support for the 2001 and 2002 Distinguished Graduate Awards
dinners. |

Fells Point Maritime Museum Kiosk
Display System Fabrication
Inside this space-age contraption you will find artifacts
from the past. Each artifact is linked to a button on the
outside ring. When a viewer pushes one of the green buttons a
video describing the artifact will play on a 42" Plasma
screen.
Empire Media Group was responsible for designing and installing
the kiosk and plasma displays, as well as programming and
encoding video for the disk-based video hardware. Empire Media Group
coordinated with contractors for fabrication and electronic
design of the kiosk. |
